Shipping & Refund Policy

Processing and order time may take approximately 3-7 business day, but due to Covid-19 shipping times may vary. Orders are not shipped on the weekends. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information. K-Spex is not responsible for damaged packages. All items are final sale, no refunds or returns. Refunds or order cancellations may only be made before orders are shipped. For security reasons, no address changes will be made following the order being placed. Please contact customer service if you need to change your address. The order will be canceled and I will issue your refund to be placed again with the correct address.
